1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using KeyboardTester, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
2. Permitted Use & Fair Use License
KeyboardTester provides free online hardware diagnostic tools, typing test benchmarks, and Clicks Per Second (CPS) utilities for personal, educational, and commercial diagnostic evaluation. Permission is granted to access and run our tools subject to the following acceptable use constraints:
- You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to generate artificial load or overload our infrastructure.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with client-side event processing scripts for malicious purposes.
- You may not frame or embed our tools inside third-party websites without proper attribution or written consent.
- You may not bypass or alter any security, ad-serving, or header controls implemented on the Website.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All original content, UI designs, graphics, branding, software source code, virtual keyboard vector layouts, and documentation on KeyboardTester are protected by intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved.
4. Service Availability & Modifications
We continuously enhance our diagnostic utilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Website or specific diagnostic tools at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to any user or third party for any service interruptions, layout changes, or feature updates.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all included diagnostic tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied—including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or hardware repair accuracy.
6. Limitation of Liability
